The Nike training shoe created by Willard represents his love and appreciation of basketball and his respect for the greats within this sport of personalities Lebron James and Michael Jordan. Both sponsored by Nike, inspiring Willard to shrink one of the largest sporting brands and its tall athletes into his micro world of appreciation, wthin the eye of a tiny sewing needle. Creating the world’s smallest training shoe and quite possibly the most expensive & exclusive trainer ever made by a human hand.
 
This piece took 8 weeks to complete and is made from a combination of micro fibres harvested from a Nike Trainer and Nylon. Hand painted with Willard's eyelash and oil paints.
